The Haute Ticket

Musings of the fashion and beauty kind, with a little travel thrown in.

Glastonbury 2017 Best Dressed

We have a confession to make. As much as we talk about festival fashion and occasionally look a little like we’re going to one (albeit without the wellies, but some of us do live in band tees) we don’t actually do festivals. And certainly not Glastonbury which would appear to equal a mud bath.

Maybe it’s the camping aspect? Is there a blow dry bar? A guarantee for good weather? Portaloos? Really?

Look, we love music. Margaret has seen every band, ever. It’s crazy. She’s our own Penny Lane but with a Mulberry. Regardless though of our love for rock n’ roll, and Ed Sheeran, we won’t actually be at Glasto. We’re just going to enjoy it on television and follow the Instagram stories. All the while enjoying long, hot baths, complete with face mask, hair mask and slathers of evening primrose oil. And then we shall discuss the fashion.

Kate Moss, Glastonbury Style

Kate Moss was and always will be the patron saint of Glastonbury. We said it before and we’ll say it again, Hunter wellies owe her. But, we’ve always had a soft spot for Sienna Miller and her love of the boho chic.

This year’s festival saw Alexa Chung, Poppy Delevigne, and Margot Robbie to name a few sporting some very cool, very stylish ensembles.

Hands down though, best dressed has to be Sienna, sans mad boho leather belt and with proper footwear and if only for the ‘fact’ she accessorized with Brad Pitt.
